Bailey is an all-round Angler willing to try anything and keep learning, mainly enjoying stalking Essex Rivers for Chub/Perch, he also spent his earlier fishing career Pole Fishing for a mix of species.
Tom’s an active angler, he has been Fishing since 1988 starting off with float Fishing with his Dad and brothers, then caught the Carping bug. These days he loves a variety of different styles of Fishing. Tom enjoys Fishing with his sons’ and daughter. He likes showing them how to Fish and more importantly how to handle the Fish once caught. As we all know it’s not just the Fishing (big part), but the surroundings and the nature that comes with it.
Joe is a Fishing mad 18 year old. Joe’s passion started when he was about 9, ever since then his been hooked. Joe is a bit of an all-rounder, often Sea Fishing with his dad and Predator Fishing during the colder months however, undoubtedly Joe’s passion is Carp.
Jack & Terry are 2 best mates that love their fishing and sharing their experiences with people, the main species they fish for is carp but they do enjoy fishing for other species too.
Alan is a passionate sea fisherman, spending most weekends on the beaches and piers along the Essex coastline. He began sea fishing aged 10 learning from his dad and brother, fishing the Crouch and Blackwater estuaries. Now, 46 years later Alan still gets the same buzz targeting seasonal species ranging from bass, sole and thornback rays.
Bob has loved fishing ever since he was 9 years old. When he not fishing he’s reading about it or watching it. He grew up fishing the Lee, Thames and Roding, he is very much a river angler. Saying that, he’s also very partial to stillwaters, especially old lakes or pits that hold big tench.
Khan is a 24 year old avid angler mainly fishing for predators like chub, perch,pike, trout and the occasional zander! But recently getting back into float and feeder methods to! So it’s a all round mixed species bag for everyone’s liking
David has been a keen sea angler for 56 of his 66 years, having first fished with his grandfather using cane rods. He enjoys targeting fish using light tackle methods. He has introduced his son, Tom to the sport, and two young grandchildren. His big love is fishing for Cod from the shore near to his home in North Suffolk.
Cameron is a saltwater and freshwater fisherman, mostly lure but sometimes the bait and fly rod takes a trip with him, he hope you enjoy the blogs and or find them useful!
Mark is a 51 year old angler. He started fishing on the River Lea from 3 years old. Mark prefers rivers to lakes, however he is happy to fish lakes through the summer. Favourite fish are Sea Trout, Barbel, Chub, Pike and Zander. Mark spends a fair amount of time fishing the fenland drains too.
